The Lot.028 Garrison Belt by T.T draws inspiration from a 1940s buckle by North & Judd, selected from Takahashi’s personal collection. Known originally as a harness manufacturer, North & Judd later became a leading producer of metal hardware as American industry expanded, supplying durable components for belts, uniforms, and accessories. The buckle’s proportions have been subtly rebalanced while retaining the character of the original design. The term “Garrison” refers to the belts worn by military and police forces, a functional style defined by its clean structure and dependable hardware.
